The Easy Home Loan is a joint venture between the National Housing Trust and Jamaica Police Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. designed for our members who are NHT contributors to access funds for as low as 6% per annum.
The purposes can be any housing related expenses. Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Property Tax Payments
- Down payment on property
- Legal fees for purchase of property
- Home improvement
- Strata payments
- Sub division of property
- Correction of encumbrances
- Titling for unregistered properties

- Proof of ownership of Property

The maximum that can be applied for at any one time is $1.1M however the limit any member can have on this facility is $1.95M
