With six coverage options available, members are allowed to choose the one that best suits their needs. The premium cost and Benefits are as follows:

Enrolment and Payment
Members are simply required to complete an enrollment form and pay the first monthly premium. Coverage is effective on the first of the month following enrollment. There is a six month waiting period, during which only claims arising from accidental death will be paid.
