Registration information

Attendance

All Members are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting which will be held in hybrid format on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 10 am. In order to participate and vote, you will be required to register by Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 11:59 pm. Due to the amendments to the Co-Operative Societies Act, participants will be required to do the following:

      –         When addressing the meeting, the member must be seen and heard.

      –         If the member has a question, kindly indicate in the chat.

 

Member Registration Process

The process for registration is outlined below:

    ·         Click here and enter your Name, Mobile Number, and Email Address. 

    ·         Registration confirmation will be sent to your email address with the meeting link.

Voting Process:

     ·        Voting will take place via electronic poll.

          ·        The Poll will be launched on member’s screen during the Annual General Meeting.

          ·        The Poll will have Three Options; Yes, No, Abstention. Members are required to click on one of the options.

          ·        One selection is allowed per member, once submitted your vote is final.

          ·        The Poll will display on the screen for three minutes after being announced by speaker.

          ·        Results will be announced and displayed after submission of polls.

Nominees
